At Walk NYC Podiatry, PC we warmly welcome new patients and provide a streamlined, attentive experience from the moment you enter our office.
We make a deliberate effort to run on time and respect our patients’ schedules – something that is not always standard in healthcare. Because of this, we expect the same consideration in return. Please arrive prior to your scheduled appointment.
During your first visit, we will obtain important information such as demographics and medical history, so please plan to arrive 15 minutes early.

We run an efficient schedule in order to provide focused, uninterrupted care. Missed appointments and last-minute cancellations disrupt this and prevent other patients from being seen.
- 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are considered late cancellations or no-shows.
- A $50 fee will be applied in these situations.
- Repeated missed appointments may result in limitations on future scheduling.
We understand that unexpected situations can arise and will use reasonable judgment when appropriate. However, maintaining this policy allows us to stay on time and respect the schedules of all patients.
